Personalised Gifts and Cocktail Making Packs
Our London Dry Gins are all hand crafted in our Copper Alembic Stills. They begin with a classic botanical base of Junipers & Coriander, these mainstays are embellished with Angelica root for it's earthy notes and Orris Root for it's ability to help the other botanicals bond and create a lasting flavour. Then we add oats for a smoothness of edge.
Once the base has been established we turn to the line up which will add a special definition to your gin, these vary depending on the option you select below.
Most of all, your buying a classic London Dry Gin with nothing added after the distillation process. The forward profile is always juniper, on the palette you will normally experience the typical spices, and where fruit is involved you'll experience this in a subtle after taste.

It's at this point that we embellish the gins with sweetness from our handmade syrups and the touch of additional fruit flavours.
This category of gin is responsible for a large part of the popularity of gin in recent years and is particularly popular with our younger customers. Sometimes enjoyed with a tonic and often enjoyed with a lemonade as a mixer.

Calentar means to warm or heat in Spanish. Adding the illo creates the sense of "a little". These spirit drinks are there to be warmed a little before drinking. Perfect in the winter for an alternative to a mulled wine and in the summer around the fire pit after a barbecue or dining al fresco.

Distilled with orange zest and coco nibs and then sweetened to create a beautiful warming spirit drink
