The Warming
Spirit
Calentillo Spirits are a new concept in spirit drinking.
The Spanish verb "Calentar" - to warm and the use of the letters "Illo" - signifying "a little", put together give you the Calentillo - a drink which should be warmed a little.
Simply pour into a small milk pan, warm a little and serve.
For added theatre you may want to light the liquid before serving in a similar way to lighting a Zambuca. This helps caremalise the sugars in the drink and round off it's flavour.
A fabulous sharing drink at any time of the year and for the winter, an unusual alternative to a mulled wine or a Vin Chaud.
Available in 3 flavours and can be produced on a bespoke flavour basis too.

· A London Dry Gin with a coffee edge (50ml) plus a couple of sachets of coffee, a simple syrup (50ml) and a sprinkle of coffee beans - all you need to make an Espresso Martini
